Become a Cyclones Sponsor
Cyclones Hockey has transitioned to a non-profit organization establishing itself in the Fall of 2024, with our application already filed, we are waiting on the 6-8 week approval process.
Why? We have a better understanding of just how important the rink eco-system is to providing player development and our families opportunities to grow closer together. Our mission is further expanding to give every player a chance to pursue their passion for hockey by engaging them with on-ice player skills, off-ice life skills, proper equipment, healthy competition, and teamwork. Our objective is to provide the best product and service possible for our players within the area by utilizing the pillars of our organization:
1) Provide a wholesome, safe, and competitive experience for our players,
2) Provide a rewarding experience for coaches, parents, sponsors, and others through their relationships,
3) Lastly, we provide a well-organized and implemented program that is appreciated and favorably received by the parents of our community.
Unfortunately, in accomplishing this, there is a high cost, overhead - Ice Rentals, Tournament Fees, Expensive Gear, Team Management Tools, New Training Aids for the Players to Use, Access to Coaching Resources and more. Cyclones Hockey tries to have gear on-hand (especially for goalies) so that cost is not barrier to entry into participation. The sponsorships help to offset some of these costs and make the ever rising costs manageable.
Please see below for many great opportunities to advertise through the Cyclones, at various price points and term lengths. Cyclones Hockey is on our way to becoming a 501(c)(3) with long-term purpose to serve our community.
Sponsorship Packages
Puck Drop Package $250.00
- Business name on the Sponsorship Website List with a direct link to your business website or google maps profile.
Bronze Package $500
- Logo on the Sponsorship Website List with a direct link to your business website or google maps profile.
- A Cyclones Hockey shirt or hoodie
Silver Package $750.00
- Everything in Bronze +
- A Logo added to monthly email newsletters in sponsors section (distributes to house & rec).
Gold Package $1000.00
- Everthing in Silver +
- A sponsorship profile feature in one of our monthly newsletters (distributes to both Cyclones Hockey & Rec / House Hockey participants.
- A Logo placement on sponsors page of year-in-review book.
- Name listed on our sponsorship website as with a description of your business, goods and services, contact information, directions and any other pertinent information.
- Business logo placed and promoted through our-team social media page - 1 social media posts throughout season.
Platinum $1500.00
- Everything in Gold +
- Logo added to reverse side of player water bottle
- Your Logo added to team apparel (not jersey)
- Business logo placed and promoted through our-team social media page - 3 social media posts throughout season.
- Your Logo added to the Cyclones Hockey vertical banner placed prominently within Clearwater Ice Arena (CIA). Banner is typically placed at entrance of arena. Banner & Logo branding will be visible to any/all spectators visiting rink for various events.
Sponsorship Add-Ons
Tournament Sponsors (4 available) - $500
- Add $500
- Must have Gold Package or above.
- Heading of all tournament info featuring Logo / messaging from your business/sponsorship.
- Any team generated SWAG for tournament will have your Logo on them.
Homepage Sponsors (4 available) - $250
- Must have Platinum Package
- Add $250
- Your Logo added to CyclonesHockey.org which shows up on homepage and throughout site and visible to any/all who visit for anyone interacting with Cyclones Hockey for registrations, tournaments, etc.
Jersey Sponsor (3 available) - $500
- Everything in Platinum
- Must have Platinum Sponsorship package.
- Artwork Deadline = 9/16/2024
- Three (3) spots available for small Logo added onto game jerseys in a sponsorship row for $500.
10,000 Puck Challenge - $350.00 / sponsor

- Available as an add-on to any level or as individual donation
- Business name on the Sponsorship Website List with a direct link to your business website or google maps profile.
- Social media call out by child player(s) which qualify as part of sponsor raffle. Will go on Cyclones Hockey socials as well as then shared onto FL Youth Hockey and other groups. Example "I'm Joey and I completed the 10K challenge sponsored by <your company>, I cannot thank them enough for <xyz prize>.
- Potential prizes may be: Rinkside Sports / Pure Hockey Gift Card, Amazon gift cards, new hockey stick
note: the more 10k puck sponsors we have, the greater the motivation of the players to compete as their odds of winning in a raffle will increase.
Sponsorship Process
- Fill out "Become a Sponsor" interest form
- Upon approval, provide artwork and necessary information
- Receive Sponsorship Agreement from CyclonesHockey
- Make Sponsorship payment for associated package

- Sponsor a “Player in Need” ($300 registration will be voted on by a chosen committee, based on need).
- Equipment donation for House League or Cyclones use (contact board members for more information)
