Q: I believe I have pending invoices to pay however they do not show up on my account when I login, click on Account > Billing > Invoices, what is wrong?

Check and make sure you are logging into www.cycloneshockey.org and not crossbar.org. Once logged in on cycloneshockey.org and you navigate to Account > Billing > Invoices, you should see any pending invoices for yourself or any of your registered players.

If you have been notified that there are pending invoices, you're logged in on the correct URL and you're still not seeing them - please contact us and let us know.
